However, up until then, cruising had been nothing more than a hobby. They always booked interior rooms on their cruises to save money for the next one. And when they did book, they made sure to look for cruises to unique destinations so they could see a bit more of the world on each trip. Each port was a new opportunity to see a new part of the world, and they took advantage of every sight they could see. If she has a registered business you can report to the BBB.
Can't find the business?
It is $57 per person includes open bar, food, snorkeling equipment and it's a 3 hour tour. You can even help with the sailing if you want. I spoke to the tour co today regarding the trip on Geronimo, she said it holds only 35 so it's a smaller group. The trouble is when you get to where you're going, there may be a few other tour companies there.

Cancellations for any reason will result in a $20 charge per booking. This fee is applied to each booking made and assigned a booking number. Creating these tours had never been about the money for O’Leary. It was always about making these tours more accessible for people like herself, where saving more money meant more adventures in the future.

We felt that the extra service and consideration warranted the extra cost of $12 per person. It all depends on what kind of experience you are looking for. Some people might prefer the boats with large groups of people. If I can pass along 1 thing I've learned, apparently not all tour companies refund for "no port, no pay". So I've made sure to ask everyone I'm interested in booking with about their refund policy.
All-Inclusive Europe River Cruising
They have no authority and not all businesses are registered with the BBB or want to have anything to do with them. Also, the company that the OP mentioned is in Greenland. You agree that when you book your tour(s), you are are representing all guests on your booking(s),and are accepting these 'Terms & Conditions' on their behalf.

Side note which makes it even worse, she kept all of her clients money and never paid the original vendor.Do not book with her. After booking her first cruise once Carnival Cruise Line restarted operations, she immediately searched for available tours. All the group tours seemed overpriced, so she looked for private ones. There were plenty of private tours available that could accommodate four people. The price she saw was steep for just two people—but if she split it up among four people, it would have been a great deal.

We booked three excursions with Sandra in Europe 2023. Sandra did not even sail on our trip, and instead got amateur volunteers to run the show. The Porto tour stated we would visit a vineyard and instead we went to a winery.
My husband and I used Sandra's excursions while on a cruise trip from London to Miami. The buses were comfortable, modern and lovely. The excursions were jam packed full of activities but never felt rushed.
Buyer beware, avoid this company at all cost!
Wow, that sux, seems there's scammers everywhere these days... Thanks to Sandra, our tours are relaxed and enjoyable. We use dedicated people and clever technology to safeguard our platform. Companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations. Labeled Verified, they’re about genuine experiences.Learn more about other kinds of reviews.
When hundreds of people started asking for refunds she changed the terms of service to Non Refundable to not pay us back. The only thing Carnival gave us was 400 per stateroom to use on the ship while we were sailing. You can decide for yourself if this is the type of business that you want to do business with. We, and 100+ others, are trying to get money refunded on cruise excursions that never happened due to the ship not docking. When we booked we were reassured multiple times that the tours were refundable if the port was cancelled.
Very professional guides, top notch coaches in one port had the one and only double decker! An SUV for four people turned into a van of eight. Then, more and more people wanted to join the tour—she reserved a whole bus and filled all 32 seats. When she went to look for tours for her next cruise, she did the same thing again. “People were coming to me because I offered a price better than the rest of the excursions available,” O’Leary explained.
As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. In PV, I think we're going to go with the tour guide friend of Mazatlan Frank for the 4 hour sights tour. As for the sea lions, I did a swim in Oct07, in St. Thomas and it was incredible. I'm not sure if there were poor reviews for the one in PV, if so, it's a shame.
The directions on the Stone Island postings work great. If you want to go to El Cid, hire a taxi at the port or find a time share to take you there (I don't do the time share thing myself but others have and had no problems). Hire a tender at port (after negotiating of course and yes there are a lot of them) and you will be just fine. If you are dead set on snorkling, have the tender take you over to Chileno bay as well.
The other thing is that Gil customized the times for me to accomodate the times our ship is in port. We are sailing with him from 12pm to 3pm rather than his usual time, 10am to 1pm. I actually called and spoke with him on the phone.
Parents / Legal guardians accept the 'Terms & Conditions' on behalf of their children / dependants. Pride last May, sailed all summer and fall. Then the Celebration and sailed back to the USA. Sandra is very experieced, her tours are the best. She puts a lot of effort into getting the best excursions for the best value. Ive been on many of her excursions all over the world.
Looking forward to the tours we have booked with her for 2023 in Greenland. We used Sandra's services on the Carnival Pride to Iceland in August 2023. She offered fun tours and we enjoyed the excursions. We received a refund for that missed tour before we completed the cruise! We'd definitely use Sandra's Cruise Tours again.
